🔁 RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY — MIREVAE

MIREVAE accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and original tags attached (if applicable).

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.


Eligible Return Reasons

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Product arrives damaged or defective
  • Item does not fit or does not function as expected

Return Shipping

MIREVAE provides free return shipping within the United States for approved returns. A prepaid return label may be provided depending on the case.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been inspected and approved.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
